# The Social Security (Lebanon) Amendment Regulations 2006, Regulation 4: Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002


(1) Regulation 2 of the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002 (persons not in Great Britain) is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph (4)(i), omit “or”.
(3) At the end of paragraph (4)(j), insert “; or” and the following sub-paragraph—
“(k) a person in Great Britain who left Lebanon on or after 12th July 2006 because of the armed conflict there.”.
