  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 22nd June 1990\nLaid before Parliament 29th June 1990\nComing into force 1st August 1990\nThe Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 30(1) of, and paragraph 2(6) of Schedule 8 to the Social Security Act 1989 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that the proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
