# The Social Security (Lone Parents) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 9: Housing benefit: disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings


For paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the Housing Benefit Regulations (disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“4 In a case where the claimant is a lone parent, £25.”.
