In regulation 4 , in paragraph (b) the words “superintendent or” shall be omitted; in sub-paragraph (b) of the proviso for the words “the place to which regulation 7 of the Merchant Shipping (Repatriation) Regulations 1972 requires him to be returned” there shall be substituted the words “Great Britain”; and in sub-paragraph (c) of the proviso for the words “the place mentioned in sub-paragraph (b) of this proviso” there shall be substituted the words “Great Britain”.
