Coming into force 6th April 2003
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 35A(4) and (6), 122(1) and 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which is made before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the coming into force of the Employment Act 2002 and contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, that Act, makes the following Regulations:
