  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Maternity Allowance) (Earnings) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 6th April 2003.\n(2) In these Regulations—\n“the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Maternity Allowance) (Earnings) Regulations 2000.",
