  "text": "Social Security\nMade 23rd February 2015\nLaid before Parliament 26th February 2015\nComing into force 6th April 2015\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 35A(4) and (5) and 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.\nThis instrument contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, section 2 of and Schedule 1 to the National Insurance Contributions Act 2015 and is made before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the coming into force of that enactment.",
