  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 4th August 1981\nLaid before Parliament 12th August 1981\nComing into Operation 1st April 1982\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 21(1), (3) and (5), 82(5)(a) and 131 of the Social Security Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
