Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 10 of the Claims and Payments Regulations

In regulation 10 of the Claims and Payments Regulations^f1 (claim for incapacity benefit or severe disablement allowance where no entitlement to statutory sick pay or statutory maternity pay)—

(a)

in paragraph (2) sub-paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and

(b)

in paragraph (4)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a), for the words “one month” there shall be substituted the words “three months”; and

(ii)

sub-paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
