# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Regulations 1997, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 11 of the Claims and Payments Regulations


In regulation 11(2) of the Claims and Payments Regulations (special provisions where a woman is confined) for the words “one month” there shall be substituted the words “three months”.
