# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Regulations 1997, Regulation 7: Amendment of Schedule 4 to the Claims and Payments Regulations


In paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Claims and Payments Regulations (prescribed times for claiming benefit) in column (2) for the words “1 month” there shall be substituted the words “3 months”.
