# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Regulations 1997, Regulation 9: Amendment of regulation 57 of the Adjudication Regulations


In regulation 57 of the Adjudication Regulations (date from which revised decision has effect on a review)—
(a) in paragraph (2) for the words “30(2)(a) and (4) and 35(1)(a)” there shall be substituted the words “30(2)(a), (4) and (5)(a), and 35(1)(a) and (3)(a)”;
(b) in paragraph (3) after the words “30(2)(d)” there shall be inserted the words “and (5)(c)”.
