Regulation 2 Amendments to the Decisions and Appeals Regulations

in sub-paragraph (2)(bc)^f1 (date from which a decision superseded under section 10 takes effect), for “sub-paragraph (bd)” substitute “paragraph (2A)”;

omit sub-paragraph (2)(bd)^f2 (date from which a decision superseded under section 10 takes effect); and

after paragraph (2) (date from which a decision superseded under section 10 takes effect), insert—

“(2A)

Paragraph (2)(bc) shall only apply to the disabled person whose benefit is affected by the cessation of payment of carer’s allowance.”
