Regulation 2 Amendment of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987

The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987f1 are amended as follows.

After regulation 19(3)(h) (time for claiming benefit)f2 add—
“(i)state pension credit.”.
(3)
Paragraph 12 of Schedule 4f3 (prescribed time for claiming state pension credit) is omitted.
