Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of this regulation and of regulations 4 and 5, on 21st March 1997;

(b)

for the purposes of regulation 8, on 6th April 1997; and

(c)

for all other purposes, on 7th April 1997.
