Regulation 5 Amendment of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations 1978

In section 36(9) of the National Insurance Act 1965^f1, as continued in force by paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations 1978^f2, for the words “regulation 9(5) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1995” there shall be substituted the words “regulation 10(6) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1996^f3”.
