# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1997, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982


In regulation 9 of the Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982 (payment of benefit and suspension of payments pending a decision on appeals or references, arrears and repayments), paragraphs (5), (6) and (6A) shall be omitted.
