Regulation 5 Amendment of Schedule 1B to the Income Support Regulations

After paragraph 9 of Schedule 1B to the Income Support Regulations (prescribed categories of person)^f1 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“Persons who have commenced remunerative work

A person to whom regulation 6(5) (persons not treated as engaged in remunerative work) applies.”.
