# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2004, Regulation 8: Amendment of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979


(1) The Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 8(2)(b) and (3) (child benefit) for “£3.50” substitute “ £3.65 ”.
