  "heading": "Amendment of the Income Support Regulations",
  "text": "(1) The Income Support Regulations shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) in paragraph (1) omit the definitions of “earnings top-up” and “the Earnings Top-up Scheme”;\n(b) omit paragraph (4).\n(3) In regulation 42 (notional income)—\n(a) omit paragraph (2)(h) ;\n(b) in paragraph (4)(a)(ii) omit the words “or rates”.\n(4) In regulations 51(3)(a)(ii) and 62(2)(e) (which relate respectively to notional capital and calculation of grant income) omit the words “or rates”.\n(5) In Schedule 9 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings)—\n(a) in paragraph 5 after the words “housing benefit” where they first appear insert “ to which the claimant is entitled ”;\n(b) in paragraph 15(2) omit the words “or rates”;\n(c) in paragraph 27(b) after the word “authority” add “ but excluding payments of housing benefit made in respect of the person concerned ”.\n(6) In paragraph 7 of Schedule 10 (capital to be disregarded) omit sub-paragraph (1)(c).",
