# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010.
(2) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), these regulations come into force on 6th April 2010, immediately after the coming into force of the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 6) Regulations 2009 .
(3) This regulation and regulation 3(1) and (8) come into force on 1st April 2010.
(4) Regulation 2 comes into force on 12th April 2010.
