# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976


(1) The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8(1) (circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed), for “£95”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ £100 ”.
