# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 10: Amendments to the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002


Regulation 4 of the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002 (continuing entitlement to specified benefit dependent on an interview) is amended as follows—
(a) at the end of paragraph (2)(i) insert “or”;
(b) omit paragraph (2)(iii) and (iv); and
(c) for paragraph (5A) substitute—
“(5A) In this regulation, “relevant interview” means an interview under these Regulations in relation to the lone parent’s current award of the specified benefit.”.
