# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2012, Regulation 14: Amendment to the Income Support Regulations: persons in relevant education

At the end of regulation 13(3)(b)(iii) of the Income Support Regulations (circumstances in which persons in relevant education are to be entitled to income support) add—
“; or
(iv) who is entitled to an employment and support allowance which includes a work-related activity component or support component.”.
