# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 1992, Regulation 10: Amendment of regulation 4 of the Claims and Payments Regulations


In paragraph (1) of regulation 4 of the Claims and Payments Regulations (making a claim for benefit), after the words “on a form approved by the Secretary of State” there shall be inserted the words “for the purpose of the benefit for which the claim is made”.
