  "heading": "Amendment of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 1982",
  "text": "In regulation 22 of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 1982 (penalties)—\n(a) for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—1\n“(a) for any one offence, level 3 on the standard scale; or”; and\n(b) in paragraph (b)—\n(i) after the words “continuing any such” there shall be inserted the words “contravention or”, and\n(ii) for the sum of “ £20” there shall be substituted a sum of “ £40”.",
