Regulation 2 Insertion of regulation 25A of the principal Regulations

After regulation 25 of the principal Regulations there shall be inserted the following regulation—

“Child support

25A

Regulations 29, 31, 32, 40 and 42 and Chapter VII of this Part shall not apply to any payment which is to be calculated in accordance with Chapter VIIA of this Part (child support).”.
