  "heading": "Amendment of the Social Security (Payments on Account, Overpayments and Recovery) Amendment Regulations 1993",
  "text": "(1) The Social Security (Payments on Account, Overpayments and Recovery) Amendment Regulations 1993 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) Regulation 1 shall be renumbered paragraph (1) of that regulation.\n(3) In regulation 1, in paragraph (1) after the word “shall” there shall be inserted the words “except in a case to which paragraph (2) below applies”.\n(4) Also in regulation 1, after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(2) Sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (4) of regulation 2 below, in so far as it relates to regulation 7(1)(b) of the Social Security (Payments on Account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 1988 , and sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (4) of that regulation, shall come into force on 19th April 1993.”.",
