# The Social Security (Miscellaneous Provisions)Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 12: Amendment of regulation 40 of the Claims and Payments Regulations


In regulation 40 of the Claims and Payments Regulations (claim received within 6 months after the end of a period for which mobility allowance awarded) for the reference to “75” there shall be substituted a reference to “80”.
