Article 4 Revocation and variation of Orders

The Family Allowances and National Insurance (New Zealand) Order 1970 is hereby revoked.

(2)

The reference to the said Order of 1970 shall be omitted in Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1976 and in the Schedule to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1979.
