  "text": "(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.\n(2) In this Order—\n“benefit” has the same meaning as in the principal Act;\n“the Department” means the Department of Health and Social Services;\n“the National Insurance Fund” means the Northern Ireland National Insurance Fund;\n“principal Act” means the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975;\n“regulations” means regulations made by the Department;\n“statutory provision” has the same meaning as in section 1 (f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954;\n“tax year” means the period of twelve months beginning with 6th April in any year.",
