  "text": "The following functions are hereby transferred to the Department, namely—\n(a) the functions of adjudication officers appointed under section 36 of the Administration Act;\n(b) the functions of social fund officers appointed under section 62 of that Act; and\n(c) the functions of child support officers appointed under Article 15 of the Child Support Order.",
