  "text": "The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway;\nHaving established reciprocity in the field of social security by means of the Convention which was signed on their behalf at London on 25th July 1957;\nDesiring to extend and modify the scope of that reciprocity and to take account of changes in their legislation;\nHaving included reciprocal provisions in relation to medical treatment in the Protocol concerning Medical Treatment which forms an integral part of this Convention;\nHave agreed as follows:",
