# The Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1999, Regulation 2: Amendment to regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations1979


In regulation 8(2) of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979 there shall be substituted for the figure £0.75 in both places where it occurs the figure £3.35.
