  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 17th August 1982\nLaid before Parliament 24th August 1982\nComing into Operation 14th September 1982\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by section 85 of the Social Security Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these regulations should not be referred to it, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
