  "text": "Paragraph (1) of regulation 10 of the principal regulations (adjustment of dependency benefit where certain personal benefit is payable) shall be further amended by substituting a semi-colon for the comma in sub-paragraph (g), and inserting after sub-paragraph (g) the following sub-paragraph:—\n“(h) a weekly allowance pursuant to arrangements made by the Manpower Services Commission under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 for the purpose of the Enterprise Allowance Scheme ,”.",
