# The Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Amendment Regulations 1999, Regulation 2: Amendment to regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979


In regulation 8(3) of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979 there shall be substituted for the figure “£0.75 ” the figure “£3.35”.
