  "heading": "Amendment of regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979",
  "text": "(1) Regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), there shall be substituted for the words “the rate is specified” the words “the rate specified”; and\n(b) there shall be substituted for the figure “£3.35” in both places where it occurs the figure “£3.50”.\n(3) In paragraph (3), there shall be substituted for the figure “£3.35” the figure “£3.50”.",
