# Social Security Pensions Act 1975, Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W+S

In section 67(3)(e) of the Agriculture Act 1967 after the words “Part II of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be inserted the words “or Part II of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975”
