# Social Security Pensions Act 1975, Paragraph 15


In section 24(2) of the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted—
“(f) guaranteed minimum pension within the meaning of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975.”
