  "text": "In Schedule 3 to the Housing Finance Act 1972, in paragraph 9(2)(j) for the words “the rate specified in Schedule 4 to the Social Security Act 1975 for a widow’s pension under that Act” there shall be substituted the words “the sum specified in section 6(1)(a) of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975.”",
