  "text": "Social Security\nMade 27th February 2008\nLaid before Parliament 4th March 2008\nComing into force 6th April 2008\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 175(3) of, and paragraph 5(7)(b) and (7A) of Schedule 3 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.\nThe Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.",
