  "text": "Social Security\nMade 22nd February 2011\nLaid before Parliament 28th February 2011\nComing into force 6th April 2011\nIn accordance with section 148A (revaluation of low earnings threshold) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Secretary of State has reviewed the general level of earnings obtaining in Great Britain.\nIt appears to the Secretary of State that the general level of earnings has increased during the review period.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 148A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992.",
