# The Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement, and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 30th November 2020.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.
