  "long_title": "These Regulations provide that a lone parent who has been entitled to income support (other than income support on the grounds of incapacity or income support awarded whilst he is appealing against a decision which embodies a determination that he is not incapable of work) for at least 12 months prior to the date these Regulations come into force, who satisfies certain conditions as to age, whose youngest child is at least 12 years old, and who resides in one of certain areas which are identified in the Schedule shall be required to take part in work-focused interviews at quarterly intervals (regulations 1 and 2).",
