Article 3 Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996

The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996^f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 7 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), after paragraph 76, insert—

“77.

Any payment of carer’s allowance supplement made under section 81 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018.”.
