# The Social Security (Severe Disablement Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 3rd December 1990
The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of powers conferred by section 36A(4) of, and Schedule 20 to, the Social Security Act 1975, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains only Regulations made under section 36A of the Social Security Act 1975 and which is made before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the coming into force of that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:
