The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers set out in Schedule 1 below, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains only provisions consequential on section 11 of the Health and Social Security Act 1984 and regulations made under section 36 of the Social Security Act 1975f1, makes the following regulations:—
