  "text": "Where a national of one of the States or a person designated in Article 3 paragraph (3) of this Convention does not have sufficient Swedish periods of insurance to satisfy the requirements for entitlement to basic pension in accordance with the provisions applicable to Swedish nationals residing outside Sweden, periods of insurance completed under the legislation of the territory of the United Kingdom shall be taken into account in so far as they do not coincide with Swedish periods of insurance.",
