  "text": "Where, but for the provisions of this Article and subject to the provisions of Article 22(4)(b) of this Convention, a person would have been entitled to any benefit payable in respect of an industrial injury or disease under the legislation of both States, that benefit shall be granted exclusively under the legislation of the territory in which the person was last employed.",
